Product Features:
- The KONZEPT Humerus facilitated for both the static and dynamic fixation. Static fixation is generally done in multiple fragmentary fracture. While Dynamic fixation can be performed in case of good cortex contact of fragments of fractured bone in transverse and oblique fractures, also in false joints.
- Oblique locking features are also provided in the nail
- The reconstruction nail of the system is provided in the pre-contoured shape to match the bone anatomy.
Intended Use:
The PMPL Humerus Nail System is intended to aid in the alignment and stabilization of humeral fractures which include:
- Diaphyseal fractures of the humeral shaft
- Fractures of the proximal humerus
- Proximal humeral fractures with diaphyseal extension
- Impending pathologic fractures
- Malunions and nonunions
